It is becoming difficult to work with CSOs

It must be said, as a matter of fact, that working in CSOs, particularly in NGOs, has never been easy. It has always meant good challenges, opportunities for growth and learning, meeting people who make a difference on a daily basis, and feeling fulfilled by working for a cause that challenges society to advance and improve. But, along with all this, it has also always meant relatively precarious working conditions, low wages and a high degree of uncertainty.
